PRIORITY SETTING

This method of goal setting uses a few different goal setting strategies:
– Freewriting/Brain-Dumping
– Continue, Start, Stop Doing
– Easy/Impactful Plotting (derivative of work by James Clear & Stephen Covey)
– HOW, BY WHEN, WHAT DONE LOOKS LIKE Action/Habit Forging

The whole exercise should take a little under an 1-2 hours of your time, but it can be very helpful in generating a path toward experiencing a high level of wins and success in the months and years to come.
